Your child will need the following supplies for Kindergarten:
- 4 large kindergarten-sized pencils (larger in diameter than regular pencils)
- 2 packs of kindergarten-sized crayons (larger, 8 colors preferably Crayola Brand)
- 2 boxes of Crayola Washable markers (8 or 12 count)
- 2 Bottles Elmer’s Glue-All (preferably Glue-All, not School Glue)
- 4 large (over .5 ounces) glue sticks (preferably Elmer’s or Avery Brand)
- 1- 4 pack of large Expo dry erase markers- bullet or chisel tip (preferably not thin/fine line)
- 2 boxes of tissues
- 1 container of baby wipes
- 1 container Lysol or Clorox cleaning wipes
- 1 antibacterial hand sanitizer pump bottles (Purell)
Please do not label the above supplies with your child’s name. They will become classroom supplies and will be shared with the whole class. Please also have extra supplies on hand as some may need to be replenished throughout the year.
Your child will also need a backpack that is large enough to fit folders and a library book. Please label with child’s first and last name and Kindergarten. Your child will not need any other supplies at this time. We will provide your child with the folder and other materials he/she will need for the school year.
FIRST GRADE SUPPLY LIST
There are many projects and activities in First Grade. We get started on the first
day. The following supplies are required for the first day of school. Please label the
items if it is requested.
2 boxes of 24 – Crayola crayons, Label
1 pair of plastic handled scissors, Label
24 TICONDEROGA pencils, a must! It is the only brand that works well in the
sharpener and has a good eraser. Please sharpen 12 of the pencils.
6 Large Elmer’s Glue Sticks to start the year, Label
1 small bottle of Elmer’s Liquid Glue, Label
2 erasers, Label
5 Expo markers, black, (not thin), and one whiteboard eraser
1 box of washable primary colored markers, Label
1 box of 24 colored pencils, Label
1 Green and 1 Red Plastic (heavy duty) folder, (no gussets), Label
1 roll of paper towels
Lunch container and book bag LABEL PLEASE
2 pads of 3X3 post-it notes
2 pencil boxes – label – They MUST fit in your child’s desk!!!
Some of the above supplies will need to be sent in through the school year.
CRAYONS, GLUE STICKS, and PENCILS are used rapidly. A note will be sent home

*The spiral ruled index cards are a pack of 50 index cards that are connected at the top with a spiral binding. You can get them at Staples. The jumbo sized Ziploc bags will be used to store your child’s book bag and coat.
